Products was never given

The Hyattsville location on University Blvd never gave merchandise after my card was swiped in the store. Immediately i asked for the transaction to be reversed and they told me no. They can only issue a store credit. I said even though i have not received 5he merchandise the man said correct. All i want is a full refund to my card.
