Ordered several products from Costco on Google Express and 4 of the 8 items were delivered. The other four items were never delivered and Google not only refuses to fulfill my order but they insisted on charging me for the items that were never shipped and told me to blame the shipper. Have never seen such poor customer service in my life. Have used this service several times and always a good experience until now. Bad enough they are losing most of their good stores but they seem to no longer care about customer service. Will never give Amazon a run for their money.
