When I placed my order on the 17th of december, I picked products that said would ship out within 3 days! They didn't! Some started to ship on the 26th of december. That's 9 days! The information on the website is deceitful. The last item was shipped on the 30th of december. I'm disappointed and beyond frustrated with my decision to shop twinkledeals. I still don't have my grand kids gifts. Christmas was the 25th of december. As long as this order is taking, please start a refund, or I can have my bank get my money back, I will return the products and go shop somewhere reputable. I'm happy to submit a review.
