Arctic Air is defective product worked a few days and now buttons will not hold in order to run. Called the customer service replaced and used for about 10 times and button will not hold on order to work Called back and due to already had replacement will not replace this is defective product. I hope everyone that has had this product will complain and they take this product off the market. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from Ontel.
