Products are still wonderful, culture and service – way down

BM used to a wonderful place to shop, everyone so customer focused and excited about the products. Now, not so much, no customer focus or "sense" of the customer. Spend a lot of money there - a makeup junkee and frequent flyer. I have allergies and sensitivies and am thrilled to have a clean option. But it is really not what it used to be for sure. I've been buying BE for at least 15 years and they just don't seen excited or part of the brand anymore. The culture is not customer friendly, some folks try but just don't get it or hate to say it are really slow and it's snobby at times too. There was a connectedness amongst employees that they used to have about the brand that is lost, and the connectedness and excitement to have and work with the customers is gone too. It's no longer special ..just a good brand with some good products.
