Products are good but buy hoping you never ever need customer service!!!

Update by user Dec 11, 2019 So, since they didn't like my (and other people's) comments and requests for assistance, they decided to block our accounts from their Instagram page. How childish and especially HOW UNPROFESSIONAL is that? A company that blocks people from their social instead of trying to help their customers out.... is sooo wrong! Original review posted by user Dec 09, 2019 Their website claims: "Embrace Pangaea is a holistic company that has assisted over 20,000 people (like you) to eliminate toxins from their life by incorporating our natural hygiene products and herbal detoxes." They actually have some really good products! Their website sucks, but is functional. You see them active on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and you see a lot of people purchasing products from them.. so you try too!!! Shipping is quite slow.. but you still accept it. Products arrive eventually and all is good... until you start having issues and you need to contact customer service! BE AWARE, because their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTING!!!! The very first time I had an issue with one of their products, they replied a week later (well, better than never) and eventually sent me a new replacement for free. OK.. BUT the last time, I received a broken bag from the, with powder all over the package. That was November 6, 2019. I immediately contacted them (using their email, their website contact form, and after their IG, FB account, and any other possible contact I could find). Over a month, and I have not received a reply from them. Worse thing is, I saw other people on social media reacting to my comments, saying I was not alone and that they also had bad experience... end result? Most of our comments got deleted!!! Can you believe that? They take the time to post on Facebook and Instagram, they have time to reply to new customers asking things, BUT they do not have time to reply to their 'older' customers who have issues... and on top of that delete comments they don't like??? That's absurd. This is the first time I experience such a bad customers service. Wait.. bad? Not existing!!!! They will keep ignoring you. Some people told me they got even blocked from their social media?! Unbelievable. And that is really sad, because I really liked the products I bought and would have kept buying from them forever. But the moment I get treated like this, being completely ignored... that's the end.
