I bought a TV in November I was told I can pick it up with in 48 hours once I get the confirmation email. I didn't get an email and I called they said I will get in end of December still don't have it. Likewise, I called again now they said end of January. I want a refund, but they don't do it and when I bought the TV it didn't mention anything about back order. I will never buy anything again from them. User's recommendation: Don't shop at Bad Boy.
