It's still under warranty, so I called Technical Support and Warranty Service number, and they said I need to call another number, so I did and no one answered that number, so I called the other number back a lot and I mean A LOT! I have emailed and surprise surprise NO ANSWER! This company does not care about their customers! BUYER BEWARE!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
