Good evening, I am very upset because I placed an online order store pickup for a pair of airmax for my daughter this morning (august 14, 2018). I arrived at the store at around 7:30pm and sales associate told me the shoes was dirty and they rejected the order earlier today. I still haven't received any called or email notifications on this matter and it's going on 9pm. Then I literally waited an hour to speak with a "customer" service representative to then tell me that in order for me to get the shoe I would have to wait 3-5 business days shipped to my house or get a refund and wait the same amount of days. I ask to speak with the manager and christopher #4066 continue to tell me the same thing. I have been a good customer to footlocker over the years but if you look at my order history I have slow down a lot because customer service is no good. Never once did they ask or try to see if the shoe was in another store while inside or over the phone. I clearly asked for a refund on the shoe since I wasn't receiving any "customer service".
