I see that this has happened to other people. I purchased a premium package and then was 'automatically renewed'. I emailed and complained and Busuu refunded the amount. However, now I am receiving emails saying that my credit card is about to expire and please will I update. BEWARE: I tried going into settings to make sure that there was no auto - renewal but could not find it. I then deleted my account - and hopefully will not be charged again.
