Product received not what was pictured in online catalog

I ordered a hockey puck case, pictured with a hockey puck. When I received it, there was no hockey puck. I went back to the catalog and reading the description, I admit there was no mention of the puck. There likewise was no mention that pucks were sold separately. I was expecting that I could go back to website and was told they didn't have pucks. I was willing to buy one but customer service rep was more interested in showing me how wrong I was and where to find the fine print saying puck sold separately. Yes, I finally saw that and agreed to return the item I received instead of purchasing a puck to go in the case. I'm confused about this policy. Why not just allow me to purchase a puck? User's recommendation: Find a different sport.
