product ordered: revitol skin tag removal treatment

On 12/1 my boyfriend (Bradley m. Mccloud, address; 3131 n 139th street, kansas city, kansas 66109 e-mail; [protected]@aol cell phone number; [protected]) received the product he ordered and paid for on his credit card; a bottle of revitol skin tag removal treatment (**order number: 8279171**) however also enclosed with his placed order was not one but two large 20 fl. Jars of revitol anti aging moisturizing cream he absolutely did not order or want. What man would use this kind of product?! He did not order or want this product. Rapid fulfillment inc. Shamelessly took it upon themselves to send him these unwanted and unauthorized jars of cream. And to add insult to injury, his credit card was also charged for these unsolicited, unwanted and worthless jars of cream that we have seen for $5.99 at our local burlington store. Quite the scam, I must say! When he called to return the unwanted products he was informed "oh you didn't want these? We thought you would like them. Okay, will we can give you both jars for only $40.00". He of course responded that most emphatically he did not want these jars of anti aging cream for women! He them was informed he would have to return them and only once the product was received the charges would be removed from his credit card. Of course at his expense. The audacity of this company! Of course as he proceeds to return the items we see in very small print that we must obtain a return merchandise authorization (Rma) number. And that is the reason for my complaint. How do you obtain this rma number???!! We tried the web site on the delivery note (www.Websupport.com) but a plethora of sites came up, none appearing connected with this company. At this point we are very frustrated and very angry! **resolution wanted per this complaint is as follows: 1. ) an rma (Return merchandise authorization) number provided asap so that these totally unwanted and unsolicited items can be returned and charges removed from brad mccloud's credit card 2. ) address to send the unwanted product back to 3. ) a customer service number we can call to ensure the product was received 4. ) to be taken off of the "list" I am sure brad was added to so that more product offers are not sent. As we will absolutely and most emphatically not be ordering anything in the future from this company! We look forward to hearing from you quickly so this product can be returned immediately!
