Original review updated by user Jan 12, 2021 I ordered a Stihl mini chainsaw on October 4, 2020 from an advertisement on the Scrabble GO application. The product has never been shipped. I asked for confirmation of shipping or a refund. I just keep getting emails stating that the order is still being processed. They have not responded at all to my last email. User's recommendation: Don't order anything from this company.
