Why is so incredibly difficult for customers to contact any kind of support. It is incredulous. We buy your products in good faith, you are a HUGE company and yet you can't allow a customer support. Absolute bollocks it is. Why will my brother scanner not work on my imac? it is a DS 620 I have a mac with version OS11.4. From what i can gather i have to buy a new scanner or use an older computer?? is this right? Somebody answer me for crying out loud. User's recommendation: Don't buy brother products. Brother DO NOT support their customers.
