I placed an order in January, 2018. I received a confirmation email, a request for feedback email, as well as an email confirming delivery. The order number #[protected] is invalid, per your website. The tracking number (DHL 9274899996330963490889) per the email is not valid, and shows that it was delivered in November, 2017. No links from the emails work, and the live chat does not work either.
