PRODUCT NOT IN STOCK

The product is not in stock. when I ordered the status of the product did not state NOT IN STOCK therefore I ordered the product. I have not been told when the product will be in stock. I have call the customer service number and can not talk to a human. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
