Product not delivered, won’t issue refund!!

Ordered products 4.8, weeks later advised I would have my orders by 5.21 or they would issue a full refund and I could keep the product. Still no delivery! According to USPS the shipping label had wrong city and zip. Wont be forwarded or returned due to being shipped 3rd class mail. Rossi refused to issue refund unless I return the product that I never received!! HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!+ Doesn't even deserve one star!! Worst ever, TOTAL SCAM!! User's recommendation: DON'T BUY ROSSI NAIL PRODUCTS!
