Product not delivered – horrible customer service

Placed an order Dec 11th. Received notification the product shipped Dec 13th with a tracking number. Received notification of Delivery Dec 18th...PROBLEM BEING the PRODUCT HAD NEVER SHIPPED (per a discussion I had with Customer Service who called it a tracking error). That's BS. This was a corporate decision to LIE to customers. As of Dec 23rd, the product still has not shipped. I told them to cancel my order. No dice. I was promised a call back from a supervisor. I received an email from a "supervisor" a day later instead telling me they can't cancel because it has been "processed" by the warehouse...it still hasn't shipped though. They asked me to confirm my address. Why? It is in my order. WE will NEVER buy from Ulta again. User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP AT ULTA.
