I have been on the phone for over 3 hours trying to get a person!! I order a mixer online and it was available at the time of the order. I received a call today to tell me the mixer was on back order. I just wanted a refund so I followed the prompts and have been on the phone for over 3 hours now and still no answer!! I guess you've got my money so why bother now right? I just want my money back ($373.94)! How do you get a refund? Please do not give your money to this company! Purchase from a reputable store and deal with them instead. I don't feel that Kitchen Aid cares about their consumers just their money! Clifford Wilson User's recommendation: Don't do it!
