Product no longer works
To who it may concern: We purchased a Rocksprings 30 fire table a season ago. We used the unit twice now it no longer will work. Checked all recommendations as stated in the troubleshooting guide. Unfortunately, it does not light. What are some other options I can do to get this unit to work. Hopefully, I can get some help as we did enjoy the fireplace at least a couple of times. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.
