In November I got a visit from a representative of American Cash Awards offering me a subscription for a magazine.. Thanks to my dumbness I got it and paid with a check, but I asked for the cancellation right next day! I sent a copy of the receipt provided and after dozen emails exchanged asking for my money back (detail: an operator confirmed my cancellation request) they said that I would have the refund in 6 weeks. Well, 12 weeks has passed and I still had not got anything; either the magazine or the refund. Now they instructed me to call someone that does not have anything to do with them to process my complaint... totally scam!!!
