Product missing from order and terrible customer service

I had two products missing from my last order. I called customer service, and after being on hold for 40+ minutes someone finally answers the phone verifies my name and address and says that they need to look up my account. She puts me back on hold and that's where I have been for another 20+ minutes. This customer service is useless. I can't even talk to a person about my issue. User's recommendation: it's not worth the money we pay.
