Product Misrepresentation

I purchased a 2020 Can Am Maverick X3 Max Xmr Turbo RR a couple of months ago. I took it to an Atv/Utv Mud Bogging park. After a 1/2 day of trail riding including water/mud/sand obstacles, the buggy began to overheat. It threw a code, and alarm went off telling me to shut the motor down. We shut it down, rinsed it off/out. Let it cool down, then put it on a trailer to haul home. Once it was home it was thoroughly cleaned 3more times to remove the dirt/mud. I drove it afterwards to see if any problem arose, and it ran fine, no lights, no alarms, temp was fine. A few days later I took it in for the first service to the dealer and requested that they relocate the radiator using the Can Am relocate kit. They held the bike for a week then called me to tell me in the coarse of moving the rad. they discovered an electrical issue, then a day later, they called to say they thought it had a blown head gasket and the "motor was shot", then they told me that because the computer had said it overheated that Can AM would not cover the replacement. The motor ran fine when I gave it to them. I told them that I had an overheat code, the bike told me to cut the engine which we did, and then it was trailer ed for 3 hours to get home, washed 3 times, sat for a week then operated just fine until I took it to the dealership for its first scheduled maintenance and to install upgrade. The whole reason that I bought the Xmr version was to use it at the mudding events at the atv/utv park. When I first purchased it I questioned the location of the radiator and was told after extensive testing and with all the sensors in the new 2020 model that overheating would not be an issue. Can Am runs a national campaign of commercials showing the x3 xmr doing exactly what I bought it for and did in it after the appropriate break in procedure had been followed, but now they are telling me that they won't fix it because it was driven in the mud and became overheated. User's recommendation: Stear clear og the Mud if you are buying an X3...WELL DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY!
