The tool will not even enter the ear even after multiple tries! I thought this would be good to assist with my elderly mother would not even go in her ear! Tried it in mine the same! Paid a lot of money for something that is totally useless! Do Not Waste your Money! User's recommendation: Do Not Order these !!
