Product durability and Lousy customer service

Our retail store is operating on a Lenovo Desktop computer, it's the 2nd one in 9 months because the first one died days after we bought it. Now the Ethernet card isn't working, so we cannot ring up our customers. Customer service tells you they will call back in 24 hours, and they don't. Perhaps I should close up my business and go home until Lenovo decides we are worthy of assistance. The company lacks integrity. User's recommendation: Avoid using any of their products.
