I purchased the Real Time Spyware from them based on their ad claims that it can be installed on a target computer remotely. They claim that once it is installed that you can get keystrokes, screenshots etc. I installed it remotely through an email attachment but nothing worked. I emailed their tech support several times over a few weeks with no reply. When someone finally replied they told me that I needed to have access to the target computer to set it up. I do not have access to it and that makes the remote installation pointless. They refuse to help or answer any questions and just decided to ignore me. I asked for a refund because they falsely advertise their product but they refused. This company falsely advertise what their product can do and their support service is horrible. Don't waste your money buying anything from them. They ripped me off.
