I've been a victim of over $150 from them. What they did do was send me some cheap costume jewelery as if to make up for the unwarranted charges. I tried to send it back but it was returned back to me stating that they refused to accept it. So much for the money back guarantee. This is truly a scam to the n'th degree. All they want are my continued payments of about $33 every three weeks or so. I no method of recovering my losses because i have no way of contacting them and neither does capital one whose fraud department cannot contact them either. I'll just have to lick my wounds and never fall for such a scam again. If it seems too good to be true it probably isn't.
