Problems with their website and inability to talk to someone about a solution

A possible tenant for a rental unit filled out their application. Zillow offered a background check and a credit history. When I tried to access this information, the system repeatedly stated that I needed to unfreeze my credit account with Experian to be able to get this information. When I set up a one time unfreeze - I was not able to provide this to Zillow. Thus the repeated requests to sort out how to give them this information that their system was requiring. Very frustrating John
