Problems with the system

The system wouldn't take my cards, for payment. The promotion has ended, and if I want the newest version, i guess I'll have to pay a different more expensive price, that's if the system allows me to pay. Smh. Its been two weeks with no word from customer service. User's recommendation: Don't buy this product.
