Dear De’Longhi Service, Hope this reaches you well. I own the prima donna exclusive coffee machine and recently the steamer does not work at all. I have cleaned the pipe thoroughly and the water level is full, so I don’t see where the issue is. Please help me fix this issue because I rely on this machine on daily basis.
