Problems with Smart Watch

This was my first purchase from steals and Deals. I purchased a Smart Watch. I'm sure it's a good product, but if you have a problem using the QR APP, there is not an 800 number to call for help. I've never purchased any other product for which you didn't have a number to call if you needed help. Now I have to figure out how to return this watch. Never had a problem with that either.
