Moved to a new area and ever since then I have been having problems with them picking up our recycling. I have had to call multiple times to have them pick up the recycling because of missed pickups. Tired of their excuses. Totally unacceptable for this to occur so often especially for something I am paying for. Every time I call they say they will provide disciplinary action or give me a credit for my recycling. I see other reviews of the same complaints. They may need to just overhaul their whole staff. I have seen many reviews that have complained of the same issue. Not reliable service at all. If they want to continue to survive as a business they need to do better
