Problems with on line order

Update by user Jul 06, 2020 Unheard of in this day and time not to be able to rectify an online order! Original review posted by user Jul 06, 2020 I placed an online order as a vulnerable customer in covid 19 times, as soon as my order was sent through i realised i had not changed delivery address my old work address which is no longer work premises but social housing, i do not live near this address and have no way of collection, I requested either change of delivery address or cancel order seeing as it was going to take 7 days delivery so knew nothing had been done for this order, boots told me they do not change or cancel order even though it was placed less than one hour prior to this call. I am very annoyed at their response as I have now lost £35 and will not be able to receive my order!... User's recommendation: No recommendation from me I will not be using them and will put my experience on social media.
