Version 21.3.1.56 is causing me grief. I can't upload my photos or use the Costco photo center site, due to the fact that the copyright statement pop-up doesn't show, and I'm unable to proceed with using the website. I have three other laptops, one of them has version 21.3.1.56 and that laptop also has the problem. The other 2 laptops have version 20.3.2.97 and 19.0.0.1. There are no issues with those computers. User's recommendation: Do not up grade to version 21.3.1.56.
