hi my name is Kevin and i purchased this quad on ebay about 2 weeks ago got it in the mail from you guys went to fly the quad and it was having issues flying it kept vearing off too different directions when taking off for flight and went crazy amost hit my little nephew i tried calibration before and after flight after it almost hit my nephew i decided to take it back home minor damages to the aircraft ive seen the reviews on this thing and wAS REALLY IMPRESSED so i decided to give it a try more for the kids than anything i own several drones the DJI and Holy Stone and ive had really good customer service outta these guys and was hoping you guys could do the same. the day i bought the drone i went over the manual to learn how it operates went to fly and it just keeps crashing can barely get it up without it just going some complete different direction my thoughts is that there is something wrong with the stabilizing system cause i kept it in standard mode the whole time at first seen that it wasnt operating correctly tried the other modes no luck this is just a minor manufacturer error and i would like to send the drone back to you guys to be fixed or if you guys will send me a new one or what i really dont want the money back I JUST WANTED THIS DRONE and would love to add it to my collection please if you will contact me as soon as possible i would really appreciate it thanks KEVIN also my number if you wanna call is 810240****
