Problems with money taken off gift card thru app when no order was placed & receipts not scanning

I put money on a gift card to use on my SS app. Amount was taken off for order not placed or received. Had 4 receipts that wouldnt scan through app to get reward points. Call &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; received a recording our office is unavailable User's recommendation: Do not add money to gift card on app.
