Paid a bill, was billed, again, didn't get posted, five calls over three days (avg 15 mins on hold before hangup) to reach Cust. Serv. and confirm the payment was lost. Apparently, they lose more than eggs. My complaint is how poorly they approach providing access to customer service. In their world, they schedule to the minute, yet let customers wait extremely long times to contact them. Some advise provided me early in business, was: call in yourself and see what your customers experience - it might be different than what you think.
