Problems Unanswered/Nonresponsive

I purchased a pool in VA, and after having a 7+ month installation (3 months longer than stated), I identified plaster issues. I was assured they would be addressed prior to opening this year. That was November 2019. It's now the last week of August and still the issues with my plaster and tile have not been addressed. I've sent several emails and absolutely nothing has encouraged their response to get these issues addressed. Schedule and cancellation, make me revenues warranty work, schedule and cancel again. Emails are no longer even returned.... User's recommendation: Buyer Beware!!!
