I started there as a CNA. They were very short staffed all the time and I would occasionally have to work an entire unit by myself on 3rd shift (60 beds). There was a lot of drama and management wasn't too fantastic. A LOT of favoritism. I did gain a lot of good experience though and the job can be fun when it isn't short.
