Problems reporting fraudulent activity under my name

Recently I received a letter from TD Ameritrade asking me to review my new account, which I hadnt opened and still going through many channels and phone numbers I have been unable to even connect with their customer service to report this fraudulence. User's recommendation: Don’t do business with them if they don’t think to verify your identity properly.
