I purchased a cutout for my nephew for 150.00. MLB charged my account, but their website is very confusing to navigate. I paid for but was never able to receive my cutout. I called at least 50 times to get a recording. very frustrating! UPDATE: 9/1/20 , I was finally able to get through to a woman named Nikki.
