Problems getting a refund

Update by user Sep 16, 2020 I have emailed them two or three times complete with invices and post office verification receipts Original review posted by user Sep 16, 2020 This has been a great company to do business with up until now when I have a rather substantial refund due. I have emailed all post office receipts and copies of the invoices. The tracking #s are included on the post office receipts. When checking the tracking info, the info shows a person named E. Chen received both packages. I don't know what the hold up is. We are talking $700 plus. User's recommendation: I highly recommend The JewleryRoom is they would process these refunds now. There has not been a problem with past returns.

I have 4 items on 2-6 weeks waiting and they are expensive items I live in Australia received the cheaper items I have won in bids not sure what to think after reading all these complaints. I can only find an address and phone number for this site is there an email address?
