We got 3 unit when we built the house in 2007 and we have had every problem possible. Compressor, boards, pumps , leaks in the evaporator, air coil, run capacitors ,the replacement parts are a lower cost Chinese replacement part and much more. I have 2 - 5 tons and a 3 - ton and I have 3 spread sheets full of problem that I keep record on. 1 of the 5 ton unit is a split and has been replace with the Envision on 6/27/11. I have been told that Water Furnace is one of the best but I find that hard to believe after 3 pages of repairs and over 40 repair visit. I will replace the unit with something new and I like the idea of the system but not Water Furnace.
