I come here at least once a week. 90% of the time my PDFs are NOT printed out and I have to wait. I give at least 1 full day before I show up to get them. The other times I show up at the beginning of the day say 8:15-8:30 and the person that’s suppose to be here is late AND nobody in the store can help out getting my prints so I have to wait until the person that’s suppose to be here at 8 am or a manager comes in at 9am. Someone should always be able to help a person that takes there time to give you money. This location is horrible. But I stuck using this one because of the location as of now. If this doesn’t change I will NO LONGER use staples and will let friends/family/co-workers of this horrible display of management
