We asked for a room with a hot tub in it. The representative kept coming on the line. But he kept trying. When we got to the motel that was supposed to have a hot tub in the room this motel don't even have hot tubs in any of the rooms. It's our anniversary and the whole reason why we wanted the hot tub in the first place. And the phone number to the reservation desk that was given to me isn't even a working number. User's recommendation: stay clear of this business.
