Our request has not yet been fulfilled. We spoke with a customer service representative on August 9 regarding Spirit flight 2205. We paid to select our seats for 5 passengers, however this did not register on Spirits airline. Therefore, we did not get our seats and had to sit separately both ways. Because we booked through GoToGate, we are expecting a refund of about $350 ($70 per person times 5 passengers).
