Hello, I but dyson on mar-2020. I did everything according to your guide. The dyson stopped working and I sent it to fix according to the warranty. They sent me I text message that the dyson is ready and that I can take it but they didnt do nothing. I want you to call me ASAP please. Raymond 972-52-4****42.
