The last few cooks I have done, the temp I set it to is 225...the smoker climbed to over 400 then I shut it down and watched it closely until cook was done....then the last smoke I did the smoker just beeped and said probe while it was beeping.. would not start up at all...I have tried several times over the last two weeks to contact Pit Boss in Canada....the website it still down and I need a new temp probe asap....My smoker is Model number PBV3D1 and serial number is CA772321****64.
