Problem with hotel on receiving deposit

I went to a Radisson Hotel back in March. They charged me a $100 security deposit, that they assured was being returned. I've been battling for my money for over a month to get an email from them today stating that they had to do an authorization, that I see was done on 4/10/20. They also say that they sent me the $100, but it won't show on my bank statement or online account. I haven't received it. They are telling me to check with you because it is a bank issue now. Why wouldn't a transaction show on my account? Something doesn't sound right here. Can you please help me?
