Nothing has happened, I just am not willing to pay over $200 for another remote. If there was a way to fix this one I would be glad to. The remote when I try to turn it on just flashes the home screen and back to black if it needs charging only I cannot get it to take a charge. I have tried with several different Chargers. I'm willing to buy a battery which are available online and put it in but in this case no one has told me that they thought that would fix it if it might, I will be glad to buy new battery.
